This past September was published as ISO UNE, the third part (23081-3) of standards dedicated to Metadata for records, which present a method of self-assessment of readiness of organizations agaisnt ISO 23081-1 and ISO23081-2.

This is a different standard. It has a few pages that explain how is the self-assessment method, but the important thing is the accompanied worksheet, which is used to put the method into practice.

If an organization wants to know their readiness agaisnt ISO 23081 standards, only is needed answering questions in the first tab following the suggested numerical scale, and will automatically get two reports that indicate how the organization is with respect to metadata, one for the  framework and the other for the system.
